About Us
Hi ! We are MAx & Sofia , husband and wife team of the LIGHT & DREAMS Studio based in Umbria, available throughout Italy and Europe. Our mission is to create your legacy, that which you and your family will cherish forever. We personally curate and take care of every aspect of the photographic process, from the initial consultation and site inspection to the actual photographing and editing. With two photographers shooting simultaneously at your wedding, your photos will have multiple perspectives of all the magical moments of your special day.

Since our first meeting, photography has been our main topic. We like love stories and that’s why we decided to measure ourselves with wedding photography. Together we are able to really capture everything, from two different, unique points of view – ours. This is our strength: telling the story of your wedding by offering two distinct points of view. Today we live and work in Orvieto – a beautiful medieval town in Umbria, in central Italy, bordering on Tuscany, very close to Florence and Siena, and a stone’s throw from Rome. We are destination wedding photographers Italy, available to travel with you throughout our beautiful country and around the world to photograph your wonderful love stories.
Our Goals
Each of our shots tells a story, describes a moment so that you can relive it forever, the goal is to achieve the right balance between photojournalism and portrait photography, both equally important. Photojournalism means realism, capturing everything as it happens, full of details, emotions, your mother’s tears or your father’s bright eyes, passing through the laughter of your friends. But … everyone loves love stories, photos that take your breath away. The bride and groom need a portrait session alone together, where we can capture their connection, commitment and true love, and this will guarantee a unique photographic story of your most important day. We are always looking for something new, something that makes us say: Wow! We place ourselves in every new wedding, with an open mind, without repeating the same patterns or the same photos, each time is a new challenge that we face by concentrating all our efforts in offering something creative, exclusive and elegant: JUST FOR YOU. You can visit us either in our Studio in Orvieto , we are also happy to work elsewhere in Italy, and abroad.
